The YFC Training Academy started as a training program under the YFC-BonEagle International Inc. offered to industry partners that are composed of system integrators and telecommunication companies in the Philippines. This was recognized as an innovation driven program able to produce an industry-level ready workforce ready to take on existing and new projects of their respective companies.
Today, with multiple demands from the academe, the company decided to put up a academy to expand the reach of its training capabilities and reshaping the organization to be a bridge between the industry and academe in the Philippines.
